On 6, 7 and 8 June 2023, the Project in cooperation with the Employment Agency of Kosovo (EARK) and VTCs organized workshops and capacity development sessions for the staff of VTCs.
The aim of these workshops, training and coaching sessions was to develop and review all the internal regulations and documents of EARK guiding VTCs to the correct implementation of RPL services and comply with all the accreditation requirements as per the current legal provisions.
During these workshops, the VTCs have proven dedication and competence, preparing the dossier for accreditation, in line with the requirements of the National Qualifications Authority.
This activity was integrated within the process of inclusion of RPL as an Active Labour Market Measure (ALMM) in Kosovo and follows the update of the relevant manuals for the provision of RPL services, the development of a digital tool integrated within the Employment Management Information System (EMIS) of the EARK and the provision of capacity development sessions for the management of VTCs and the RPL practitioners.
