Following the inauguration of Industrial Bodies which took place in May and June 2021, on 16 September 2021, the Metal Industry and Renewable Energy Cluster of Kosovo (MIRECK) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VET schools “Adem Gllavica” in Lipjan and “Feriz Guri and Vëllezërit Çaka” in Kaçanik.
MIRECK is an association that represents the business community in developing and advancing products and services in the sector of metals and renewable energy. The association also promotes innovation, research, cooperation, and skills development in metals and renewable energy.
The objective of the MoUs is to strengthen the cooperation and the inclusion of the private sector in Industrial Bodies of the three selected VET schools of ESVET PRO. The agreements also aim to establish long-term cooperation between VET schools and businesses which offers students the opportunity to conduct professional practice in local companies.
